The Rhizome

The Rhizome web service runs the narrator for this session. Create or log into a Rhizome account before entering the terminal.

Your account stores your save data in the Rhizome save database; anyone with that account password can load that save. New accounts create a character in the terminal and autosave on arrival.

The game is playable on mobile, but it is not the recommended way to play. Use a full browser for the best experience. You may experience bugs and shittiness on mobile, but work is being done!

Controls

Desktop: type commands and press Enter. Use arrow keys, Tab, and Esc for menus, fields, and old-terminal rites.

Mobile: tap text to select, tap buttons to click, tap command fields for the keyboard, and hold and scroll when panels overflow.
